Program Coordinator (Part-time)
Camp One Step by Children’s Oncology Services is searching for a Part Time Program Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. What does this job involve?
Assist in the coordination of short and long term plans for programs, monitor progress and evaluate performance
Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
Assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes
Ensure database(s) maintenance which include(s) participant and prospect information and mailing list
Assist with camper and volunteer registration
Track program registration, attendance and performance
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals. Collects and analyzes data; prepares scheduled and special reports; maintains program/project records and statistical information
Support growth and program development
Prepare and distribute donor acknowledgement letters
Record donations into CRM system
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Statement of Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Must have strong and polished interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be highly organized and able to work well with others
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer application and database management
Database management experience preferred
Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and efficient
BS/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
Hours: 24 hours weekly (Tuesday-Thursday)
Offering a flexible work schedule 7:30-3:30, 9:00-5:00 or 10:30-6:30.
